I'll have taken the new, lower dose of my AP for 28 days tomorrow and I feel a lot more with it on the lower dose... I'm more awake, more motivated, clearer headed and all sorts of other good stuff.
I'm reluctant to go much lower though... don't want to go any lower than 10mg just in case things go nuts again and I like being well so don't want to risk it.
